When I came to Stockholm and my apartment Friday evening I was pretty tired after a hard week at work so I was just chilling at home. I woke up pretty early Saturday morning and went to a nature reserve close to where I live. It’s called Judarskogen and there is a lake called Judarn. It was wonderful to be in the nature and I took a lot of photos. Here is one of them.

When I came back home I took a shower and went to Södermalm where I had lunch before I took a walk at what we call Söders höjder. From the hills I photographed some of  the beautiful views of Stockholm.

After my walk at Södermalm I walked over Skeppsbron to Kungsträdgården and Gallerian where I bought ice-cream at the best ice-cream shop in Stockholm called Montis. While eating the ice cream Jenny called me up and said that Peter and Adam where at a party at Långholmen and asked me if I wanted to join with her. Said and done, I went home to eat something and get ready for some party.

When Jenny and I arrived it appeared to be a rave party. I have never been to a rave party before so that was a new experience for me but it was fun and the atmosphere was wonderful. To bad it started to rain later in the evening so we went home pretty early. I didn’t bring my camera so sadly I have no pictures from the party. I should have taken some pictures with my cellphone but I just didn’t think of it while I was there

Today I have been cleaning and fixing to make my apartment look nice when my parents come here. They will stay here for a night when they are visiting Stockholm in a few weeks. Soon I am taking the train back to Norrköping and will stay there for another month. It was wonderful to be back in Stockholm and it was great to see Jenny, Peter and Adam again.

Our hotel in Barcelona was called Bcn Montjuïc and is located close to the park Montjuïc which is the biggest park in Barcelona. The closest metro station is Espanya where the famous fountain Fira Montjuïc also is located. It’s like five minutes to go there with the metro from city. We stayed for three nights and had a really nice apartment at 42 square meters. It had a big room with kitchen, table, chairs, TV and sofa, a bedroom, an office with an extra bed, a bathroom with shower and a big balcony. We paid 157 Euro in total with a big discount included that I don’t know the reason for. I think the ordinary price was close to 400 Euro. Our only supplement was the safety box for 2 Euro per day. The only bad thing about this hotel was that everyone on the staff didn’t know English but they were nice and did their best to help us anyway. I can really recommend this hotel, I can’t promise you to get it just as cheap as we did though :)

Today I was at Moderna Museet to visit a photo exhibition called Reality Revisited together with some people from school. There were a lot of photographs especially from the 70s, most of them by famous photographers from Sweden or the USA. The series by Larry Clark made the biggest impression on me.  Some of his pictures really aroused strong feelings inside. I can really recommend this exhibition,  if you are interested in photo it’s well worth a visit. It will be open until September.

My favourite Dutch gave me the tip about Hugin. It’s a little program making panorama pictures, very simple actually. As a first test I made this:

The result is pretty cool, I don’t see anything unatural or such.

It was a little bug.. I can’t really believe it exists by default but now it’s fixed. Just because it works I give you this photo from Rethymnon, Crete.
